Hi I am in the exact same situation, hard until it’s time to go in. I struggle actually putting it in and I think this triggers my performance anxiety which instantly kills erection. Need to find a way to stay relaxed when the time comes and work on not letting performance anxiety take hold when it’s time to put it in. I’m still working on it but it helps to stay present and remember your partner wants you too.
