Can get hard but can’t stay hard

Hello all,

What I’ve noticed most recently is that I have no issues being able to get hard, but it’s like once I do I got about 15-30 seconds before it goes away.

I find this happens most times if I’m tired or stressed out, but I’m in a newer relationship where we only see each-other about 2-3x per week, so I sometimes feel pressured to at least do “something” with her once a week.

Am I just trying to push myself to perform when I’m not feeling it?

Wow man, this is exactly my situation. I tend to be pretty intense about my work and I live a healthy lifestyle (exercise 5-6x/week and clean eating). I also see my gf 2-3x per week and I’m usually especially tired during the week, but I also feel the same pressure to perform. She is very much into me, which seems to help her get turned on, and even though I find her very attractive sometimes I just feel like my body doesn’t cooperate with my mind.

I decided to get bloodwork done anyways just to see if there’s some sort of hormonal issue, but I already tend to have sex on mind 24/7. Even then I find it odd I just can’t turn it on all the time especially if she’s into it.

What sort of blood work did you get done?

Would love an update on this as I’m struggling with the same issue and we have a similar balance and attitude it seems

So have done a few bits of research and here is what I added so far.

  1. Rest. I decided to take about 5 days off from training all together. By about day 3 I was beginning to feel less drained and more excited about doing romantic things

  2. Diet. I had been eating largely a vegetarian diet for a while (ethical reasons not health). I started adding in specifically grass fed red meat, raw milk (which I have access to), and zinc heavy foods.

  3. Supplements. I purchased tongkat ali and have just been taking a normal 500mg dose. As well I have been using beet root concentrate, l arginine, and l citrulline (all of which I had on hand already, I just wasn’t using.

I have already seen a noticeable difference in my horniness as well as my erection quality. I was tracking my morning wood, which I was barely getting, and by day 4 I’ve been rock solid every single morning

@oc just basic blood panel with thyroid and test added from my doctor. Everything appeared normal besides my liver enzymes :man_shrugging: anyways check my response above to see what I’ve been doing and how it’s helped so far
