I’m seeing somebody at the moment and have started using box breath during foreplay. What a game changer!!
I find that using box breath to calm the initial excitement really brings me back down to earth and allows me to enjoy sex. Getting over the initial excitement really seems key as this was the point at which I used to climax. Once that is out the way I feel so calm and confident.
Box breath really has been a hack for me and I hope this helps you guys to try something similar.
The last 3 times I’ve had sex with my new partner have been awesome, no sign of PE at all. I’m on cloud 9 at the moment.
P.s I have been to hypnotherapy aswell which has helped me mentally overcome some contributing factors.
