A bit of success to share

So I’ve suffered with PE for as long as I can remember. It’s been a real drag my whole adult life. I recently got divorced after a 12 year relationship, during which, the sex was mostly terrible. I take a lot of responsibility for that, because I never wanted to have sex due to my PE.

Anyway, I had sex last week for the first time in about 6 months. The first new partner since my ex wife. I’ve been absolutely bricking it, Incase the PE kicks in and I scare off the first person I’ve got intermit with for ages. Fortunately the sex was amazing!!! The best in years for me!

I have been using this app (on and off) for a while so I’m not sure how much credit I should give the app. I also attend fairly regular therapy session too. Either way, a BIG confidence boost for me last week!

I did use box breath during foreplay to bring me back into the room and I think this set a nice tone for the duration.

Hope you all find progress too. This is coming from someone who had almost given up hope for life.

The new GF is soooo understanding! I really think that is HUGE.
I’ve been here 6ish weeks and pretty steady. I too have seen an improvement. I had decent sex Sat am with a 70% semi for 10-15 minutes! Huge improvement for me.
I love hearing sucsess stories!

Yeah this is it. i love the focused touched feeling and then get so paniced about coming before we even start having sex and then yeah. Those box breaths help me during sex but before that I should also use
