I’ve been on/off using Mojo for a few months, and recently got into a relationship with a girl that I care deeply for.
We have had success a couple of times, but a couple of wobbles also, sometimes not being able to get it up or maintain because of performance anxiety, outside stress etc.
After a few days of meditation and breathwork, reprogramming negative thought, and being honest with my partner, we recently had the most spontaneous, natural-feeling sex yet!
Everything happened without issue, with little-or-no negative thought occurring on my side. This isn’t the end of the journey or the last time I’ll need a boost/refocus about sex, but it’s great to be back in flow.
Stick with it, find a habit/mojo routine that suits your needs, and time/energy will prove it right
