Anyone else feel like when they try to flex their boner they’re just doing a kegel instead?
A friend of mine actually used to do Kegels all the time because he felt it helped give him more control when having sex. I think that’s normal? I try to do them when I think of it as well.
Yes. Because it’s the same group of muscles.
The reverse kegel exercise is for creating a mental link with those muscles and learning to feel them and to control them.
It’s like first time in the gym. The trainer says focus on the lats, but you don’t know how because you don’t have the mental mental connections built yet. Few weeks later you can isolate and feel specific muscle. Practice is all it takes.
