Advice needed

Hey all, been using mojo for a month ish now and struggling to see any progress. Does anyone have some tips with using the app to get the most out of it? I feel that the AI chat just keeps circling round to the same answers no matter what the conversation starts about

Context: 29yo, been with my girlfriend for almost a year now and for most of the time sex was okay (not great), but for the last few months things have fallen off a cliff and just feel stuck currently. Weโ€™ve spoken about it a few times and it winds me up more knowing it affects her

for me, the guided meditations (healthy erections and firefighting techniques/breathwork) really helped put into perspective my psychological ED. the ai thing is shit and iโ€™ve had significant improvements from the meditations alone. listening to one a night before bed and just following along allowed me to understand: itโ€™s all in my head, i was catastrophising sex leading to irrational fear and now i realise im perfectly fine and healthy.

so as long as you go in with an open mind itโ€™ll be much more helpful than the ai therapist

Yeah the AI isnโ€™t good at all, itโ€™s just the same questions over and over again. I find I feel more frustrated using the AI
