I downloaded this app three days ago after losing my erection mid-intercourse (again.) After beginning the exercises and listening to the podcasts, I just had great sex with my partner without losing my erection. Here’s what worked for me:
- Silencing the inner critic: in the past, the knowledge that sex was on the horizon alone would get the inner critic talking. “Will I be able to keep it up this time?” I knew from experience that once that voice started talking, it was already a losing game. - Focusing on my body and my own pleasure. This might sound shitty to anyone outside of this app, but I realized that so much of my attention has been on performing for my partner’s pleasure. When I felt myself slipping into my head, I focused on how my penis felt, what strokes felt best for me, what positions I liked most, etc. Focusing on what felt good FOR ME brought me back into my body. I fucked my partner like the stud I used to be before the ED problems started ten years ago.
There’s still work to do, but I’m grateful for the exercises and resources this app has given me to get my sexual power back. Starting to feel like the sexually confident person I was in my 20s again.
