10-count breath

Was helpful, as numbers went up felt little rushed

The numbers came a bit quick, would’ve been nice to do it solo after the first count

I prefer the deeper and extended breathing techniques with mindfulness

It helped calm me, so much I nearly fell asleep!

Felt fast and almost rushed and complete messed it up at one point unfailing through the whole 1 process and letting go on the 2 and so on

Good but have done better breath work exercises

I felt like focusing on the counting made me feel relaxed and even sleepy. My mind was actually still for a change, so this breathing exercise worked well for me.

Very relaxing, feels very natural
