I have done this before. I call it a Systems Check
I surprised myself with how long I would stay hard for. I really hope this exercise is a golden one like suggested in the video
It was nice, and good practice for fantasizing and getting out of my head. Once I get immersed in the fantasy, I get hard easily
I liked it actually. I really can go up and down. Now I need to replicate that confidence of “what goes up, can come down, and go back up again” when I’m with someone.
I was quite proud of myself. Feel like I am making progress!
