It was nice, and good practice for fantasizing and getting out of my head. Once I get immersed in the fantasy, I get hard easily

I liked it actually. I really can go up and down. Now I need to replicate that confidence of “what goes up, can come down, and go back up again” when I’m with someone.

I found that I could get semi-hard relatively easily, but to get fully hard I needed to relax into it more and focus on the sensations rather than my thoughts. I hope this is something I can replicate in the moment so I tried to make the touches feel more like they would in a sexual encounter than regular masturbation.

I did it as part of a solo sensate before getting to this section, so it was more natural. Will see what it’s like when doing it more consciously. Any thoughts on doing this together with sensate, either solo or partner?

It was a little weird at first but I think it will help. One of my issues is I can get hard but then lose it and start to panic that it won’t come back so I think this exercise will really help to let me know I can get it back when I need to
