I am 21 years old and I first noticed that I was getting semi-erections when i was 15. I’m only capable of getting 60-70% hard, and it usually won’t stay hard for long. I’ve avoided sex as a whole because sex with a condom is very difficult. I’ve only had actual sex once in the last multiple years. I started trying nofap this year and had many failed attempts and short streaks, the longest that I have gone is 32 days. I saw some improvement but I still never got fully 100% hard. I’ve thought about using tadalafil until I get this figured out but the potential side effects worry me.
If anyone has had a similar experience and figured it out, or has any advice it would be appreciated.
Yeah I’ve had a similar experience. Had my first relationship in high school and had no erection issues at that point. After the relationship ended I started to notice my erections getting weaker.
I’m 25 now but about 2 years ago I noticed I couldn’t get an erection whatsoever, even if I watched porn. That’s when I realized I had to make a change in my routine. I started no fap/no porn and I lasted about 3 months. I ended up relapsing but when I watched porn again I noticed was able to get erections, not very strong but it showed that no fap/no porn was working to help the issue. So I decided to keep up with no porn.
Last year I got into first relationship since high school. I was able to get hard but it was only about 70% strong. I also couldn’t last as long as before so that’s when I started researching and I found this app.
I’ve been working on the kegel/reverse kegels exercises for a little while now and so far it’s been a game changer. I’m able to get erections in the morning regularly and randomly throughout the day which I wasn’t able to in the past. I’m still a work in progress but I highly recommend getting started if you haven’t already!
