I’m a week in, have been consistent with my exercises, only failing to complete my checklist on of the 7 days, and it feels like I’m less confident than ever. I’m just thinking about my sexual issues all the time and the negative thoughts have really kicked up. I’ve had “sex” with my gf twice, but did not feel confident enough to try penetration. My main issue is delayed ejaculation and it seems like that hasn’t been a focus of any of the exercises. My gf stroked my penis for what felt like 45 min the last time and I could not get anywhere close to orgasming.
I guess this post is just a bit of a vent, to try and get some of these thoughts out. I’m just somehow even more frustrated and down about the whole situation now.

My first sex experience after starting the app (about a week in) was it’s usual of ED/PE. I got frustrated. But it’s a journey. There’s so much more as you get further into the app. I still haven’t had a good sex experience yet with mojo, but I’m starting to believe in myself and see the path.

I agree stay the course. It makes sense you are thinking about it more now. But mojo will try to bend those thoughts to a more positive direction.
For instance, i like the inner coach thing which will come later. Also an advocate for the sensating and more!

It’s too early, better dont stop the app. Im not from the staff i got completed all phases and got phenomenal results for the time i was doing it regulary. The problem is our minds often reseting to its default negative mindset and everything starts from begining. I personaly use viagra from time to time just to calm myself and see my penis working. Plus Im using some libido boosting natural remedies and natural remedies for calming the nervous system.
Beleve me if u cant get an erection for 45 mins you are in fight or flight mode and spectatoring.
I have found that when i use viagra to have a good sex, i try to have sex the same day without its working most of the times because you dont feel the presure to perform anymore, thats the time you should try to remember how you feel in that moment and implement it in the next time you are having sex. Everything is based on relaxation, our bodies can do the rest, good luck buddy and dont give up!
