Testosterone Drop: Should I Take Supplements?

I had my testosterone tested at the beginning of the year, and it was around 400. In April, it went up to 435, but last week it dropped to 308. What do you think? Should I consider using supplements?

That’s a question for your physician. There are a variety of factors that affect testosterone levels. It’s possible that non-medical interventions can boost your levels. Diet, rest, stress, and exercise all affect testosterone levels.

That seems to be a question for your doctor, not this chat.

TRT works for me!! I’m consistently in the 800’s like I was in my 30’s

I went to my urologist about my delayed ejaculation and discovered my T level was 220. He started me on Clomid. It’s a prescription that helps your body produce more testosterone. It took 3 months but my T levels are back to normal. Highly recommend talking to your doctor to see if a medication could help or if lifestyle changes might be enough.

I noticed increased sex drive and my wife has commented how much more “into it” I have become.

Long term, working to lose weight, build muscle with the goal of getting off the medication.
