Testestrone at 8.6 nmo/l

I am 33 y/o and have a testestrone of 8.6. it’s within normal range barely and I think at this age it should be higher. I go to gym, lift heavy and yet it’s barely close to the lower normal range. Any tips?

Hey mate,
How is the quality of your sleep and sleep routine?
We produce testosterone while we sleep especially in our REM cycle I have read hence morning wood.
High stress levels and cortisol can also affect testosterone levels and production.

These are a couple of areas I am addressing in my life as well as physical fitness.
