Talking to your partner about performance anxiety

I’m new here. I’ve been having some intermittent performance anxiety for the last 6 years or so. I have a new girlfriend and I really really like her. However, my anxiety reared its ugly head the other day and I climaxed too quickly. I used to be able to recover my erection, but this time I was all in my head. Anyway, I told her that I signed up for this self-lead therapy and I wanted to talk to her about it. I don’t want to lose this woman. Any ideas/examples of how you approached talking with your partner about it?

I think talking about it shows that you care about her, you want her to have a good experience, and you want to include her in the solution.

I think the most important when telling a partner about this is reassuring them that the anxiety or whatever other issues is causing the challenge doesn’t affect your feelings of love and attraction toward them, even when it affects the ways you want to show it.
