Started using cialis recreationally now cant get hard without

Hi guys so about 3 years ago I got into a new relationship. First few times we had sex it was great. I had one bad experience with this partner and I couldnā€™t manage to get it up. To stop this from happening again I go some Cialis tablets to take before meeting her and would pop a 20mg tablet or sometimes half every other day. Since then 3 years on, im with a new partner and i am/was still taking them. Up until last week now i canā€™t get hard/or if i do keep hard. These sudden hot flushes come over and i just canā€™t seem to relax and costantly think ā€œ I havenā€™t had a tablet it wonā€™t workā€
Any tips or people in here that have become dependent on taking a ED med when really you donā€™t need it?
Ps Iā€™m with a new partner now and she is very understanding and we try regardless of it getting hard but seems to be getting more and more frustrating. Some times it gets like 70% so we can have sex but Iā€™m not satisfied with how hard it got cos I know itā€™s not on top form.

Whenever I had a ā€˜DISASTERā€™ I turned to tablets to give me a confidence boost but I have decided against because of that psychological state of panic coz I didnā€™t have a tablet.

Also, the headaches the next day are a bit crappy

Im pretty sure those headache are due to dehydration. Drink more water than usual with the pills. Seems to help for me

I heard the daily 5mg versions are a good way to keep the product in your system, and then you just ween yourself off after about 3 months. not a doctor though, just repeating work of mouth. swap from the larger as needed pills to the daily, then skip 2 days a week, then every other day, then twice a week, then once, then done. keep up with partner throughout

I had this issue with Viagra! Was cutting a 50mg tablet into 4 for nearly 3 years! Towards the end of my relationship I had got it down to 1/8 of a tablet- so start cutting up the tablet and lower the dose.
