My understanding is to look, touch, explore and pleasure it without getting hard. If you start to get to hard wait for it to go down. I remember reading if you get semi enjoy, it but to hard - wait for it to go down. (I could be wrong but thatās what I thought it meant)
I have found if I start to get too hard the reverse kegal and breathing helps it go down and itās good to watch it go soft and connect it with those exercises.
This exercise feels a bit strange in the beginning but gets easier and helps you become OK with a soft penis.
Well I actually havenāt felt strange doing it. Iām pretty open minded. But I wasnāt sure if I should just be touching an looking, or actually try to pleasure the soft penis, but than try to nog get hard. I hope that makes sense. But that k you for your reply
The goal of the exercise is to desensitize your mind to your soft penis. The soft penis might be a trigger for negative thoughts so we want to get to a point where youāre perfectly comfortable and even pleased with your soft penis. Seeing it should be totally neutral and even pleasing in the sense of āIām a man and I have a penis and sometimes itās soft and thatās great!ā

It has just occurred to me this morning that maybe if I start to get too hard and have to wait for it to go soft that I should pause the timer then restart when I recommence so I get the full 10 mins whilst soft.
