My score has gone from 31 down to 26 on Day 3. Is this normal? I feel like a failure

That happened to me too. I went from 38 to 23. But, I believe that it’s completely normal. As you start this app you come face to face with that ‘inner critic’. Beforehand, you may have made a conscious effort to avoid facing these thoughts and feelings because it was anxiety inducing, and now that you’re understanding yourself more, your realising that these feelings are much greater than you previously believed. But, by understanding where you truly are at, you can then begin to work from there. It’s almost like a ‘one step back, two steps forward’ kinda mentality for me. In summary, stay consistent and trust the process. I hope this helps
