I was raped from 9 to 17 by an uncle . Sexuality has always been issues for me. I Ve already done several therapies but Im always unsecure. I Hope those exercices will help me . For me , sexuality is normal, I would like to be totally in congruence with it .

I am not even remotely close to facing this kind of trauma that you are facing, so I can hardly relate to your situation. I imagine that broadly the same principles would apply, and the exercises should help. Good luck and stay strong!

I was raped by my cousin when I was 8 or 9 years old.You’re very brave and I wish you well. Stay strong.
