I recently tried sertraline for 10 days but stopped due to side effects. Am now trying another anti depressant which is much less likely to give sexual side effects, but after another day 10 days my libido is still low and my genitals nowhere near as responsive as they were before. How long should it take for these things to return to normal?

Consult your doctor on that one, also you may want to dive into learning positive self talk to combat depression. I have and it works… Check out “the four agreements” by don Miguel Ruiz, " What to say when you to talk to yourself" by Shad Helmslater for starters… Im cheering for you…
