So, Iāve suffered with PE for a LONG time. Itās ruled my life for many years. Iām currently seeing a therapist and find that Iām benefiting a lot mentally from it. Iām still not seeing the benefit of it in the bedroom yet, but these things take time.
I downloaded mojo a few days ago and have sceptically started to follow the process.
To cut a long story short, I did one of the āpre sex nervesā meditation sessions and listened to the training about āinner coachā and then had a wankā¦ā¦well, it lasted 15 minutes and probably could have gone longer.
A mixture of using my coach to kick my critics ass when the doubt started come in, and also noticing what scale of arousal I was at worked wonders. Also, tried to āenjoy itā and not stress about the whole thing.
Good start, and hope it continues.
