Hi I’ve just signed up for this in regards to PE, I have a new relationship for 4 months and I’ve developed worse and worse over time, does this app actually work for anyone struggling or is the only way to deal with this through medication

You need to learn to breathe and not be embarrassed by it. Shaming yourself is the compounding problem. If you go early then go down on her. If you are that sensitive you will be hard again in no time. Try for a round 2 and 3. Exposure and controlling your thoughts will be the key.
I recommend changing your masterbating habits. Take your time and let your solo sessions go for like 15 minutes or more. You will get more comfortable with edging.
I’m here for PE too, it’s helped me learn a lot about mental things I had no idea were there but were impacting me sexually and in general (hello inner critic!). I feel it’s helping me manage it but I’ve only had 1 chance with my wife sexually since starting… I was pleased with how I applied what I learned so far, but it killed the mood for her which probably will up my anxiety for next time, but we’ll see!
The way this app has helped me is that once I decided PE is normal if it happens, and to not be ashamed or disappointed by it, that was the key to help me last longer! Accept and relax.

Agree with all the above. First, if it happens, so be it. Second, communicate with your partner. My wife, actually takes it as a compliment if I go fast, and hated with past partners couldn’t or lasted too long. What gives me more confidence is giving her her orgasm first (oral, fingers, toys), and sometimes two or three times before I even start mine. I feel less ashamed, and then I can work on these tools. Hopefully I’ll get to where I want to be with time and patience. And, you will too.
