Anyone have any lifelong PE success stories? I’m really in need rn

I’ve dealt with lifelong PE since I first became sexually active when I was 17 (I’m 23). I’ve recently been feeling VERY hopeless and depressed because of it, and I keep searching the internet and it does not make me feel better. I could really use some hope.

Hey man, I had ED since the first time I had sex and I felt really broken and depressed every time I tried sex. I tried everything from no porn to viagra to no masturbation but I just couldn’t perform. This app/sexual wellness has really changed my life. I can easily get boners now without worrying about them. My major problem was the anxiety I associated with it but when I focused on sensation and allowed myself to touch my girlfriend and zeroing in on how I felt things started to change. Have faith brother, there is nothing wrong with you, after you get over the initial slump you’ll gain confidence and never look back. Make sure you feel comfortable with your partner as well which will greatly reduce your anxiety

Hey ! How did you overcame the expectations for youself to perform , thats my biggest issue right now, the shame the uncertainty even though I’m doing it with Viagra my heart beats like crazy during the act.

Communicate with your partner - the chance is she is doesn’t have the same expectations as you do. If you want to improve her pleasure look into giving better oral, I read this book called she comes first which was a game changer. If you give her pleasure first and delay penetration you will get used to delaying ejaculation as well. Remember that sex is not always penetration and take your time with it building up to to it towards the end

I think what has helped for me ifs realizing that PE stems from the anxiety response. So in order to get a handle on the anxiety it pays to work on how to mitigate it. The box breath is a great start. Any way to get out of the mind and back into the body. Small steps. You can do it! It’s helped me a lot.
