I’m on about day 50 with Mojo now and have to say I’ve had some great positive results which have been really encouraging.
However, I wanted to sense check if others who have used the app for a while are experiencing the same as me, where I’m only having just a couple of exercises suggested and ultimately it’s starting to feel stagnant / repetitive?
For me the daily exercises are regularly just Box Breath and Sensate Focus, both of which seem to loop back to each other even when I choose “I don’t like this” or “I’m in a public place”.
Just a bit concerned after a couple of months the helpful content is drying up and won’t continue to press forward in helping me. Why won’t the app learn or take notice when we highlight an exercise as something we don’t get on with?
What has everyone else’s experience been?
