I used to use Mojo a while back where it is presented as a course, and I would do everything in steps. I stopped for quite a while, and now it seems like it’s just daily tasks? Am I understanding this correctly? Just wanted to make sure I’m not missing anything. Also, what’s this thing about the AI coach?

Same story. I used Mojo a year ago or so and stopped it for almost a year. I started usimg it 3-4 months ago again and now it’s psrt of my daily routine. You will see new exercises and content pops up down the road and you can also use the old ones under explore. No courses but just daily tasks based on your goal.
