I know the point of this Mojo app is to not to rely on medication and overcome it psychologically however I have read that there are some successful studies of L-Arginine and Korean Ginseng helping with erection issues.
Are these legit or just a waste of time?
I think you can use them as a crutch. Or placebo. But from my experience box breathing and meditation is much more powerful.
I find the positive visualization meditation the best thing to do before sex. It calms me down and brings in arousel.

They kinda work but need to combine with cardio exercises and get a blood test to check hormones
