Do kegal exercise, do mediation breathing exercises, do additional cardio or walking, and eat healthy. You can try health supplements too. Currently I’m taking vitamin d, zinc, d aspartic, tribulus. Plus trying gym 3 times per week but it’s hard to get into routine with busy lifestyle so mostly doing walks and home workout
All the things the guy sais above are useful. Be kind to yourself is a big one though, it’s really difficult to change a lifestyle drastically and put all that into practice at once. So it’s all about practice. My addiction is phone use and getting dopamine hits from that. A dopamine/phone detox for a week works wonders when I get the chance. Starting with a week or two of real effort away from your addiction can do the world of good. But you don’t make a week, don’t beat yourself up. These things are tough to get over and they take time.
