I’m really struggling to understand why sometimes I can cum in 10 mins and it be brilliant then other times I just completely lose it and can’t even keep hard. It’s really starting to affect the Mrs who has been brilliant but I can see her confidence taken a hit tonight

I feel you. When things have gone great before, it’s somehow all the more of a hit to your confidence when it’s just not happening. I have the same issue.
