At first with my girlfriend I had issues finishing. I would stay hard for an hour with no issues. This was a big issue, but eventually it turned into not being able to stay hard and that made things much worse for our relationship. We went over a month without even trying to have sex and last night I was hard when I was giving her oral, but once we moved things upstairs I quickly lost it. I’ve been going through the exercises on here but it just seems like things get worse each time
It is not uncommon for things to get worse before they get better. You’re basically putting a spotlight on the problem so it’s even more on your mind. Over time the spotlight will diminish the problem. “It works if you do the work” is true for any mental health healing, this is no exception.

I agree with these comments… I had to face up to the issues and they still play on my mind…. Even this morning… but kept to the plan… box breathing… trying to relax… understanding that it my go soft… but it WILL come “back to attention…” and we had a good session…
it works… it’s also getting easier and more natural with time… more normal…. Hope this helps.
