I think it’s working for me!

It’s been over a year since I’ve had sex ending in an orgasm for me. 4 weeks into using Mojo diligently and my wife and I just broke that streak. I’m elated

We started doing the sensate exercises earlier this week, and this evening had a leisurely sensate session. I got an erection during that (it came and went, but I accepted that as natural and didn’t let myself feel defeated by it), and after 15 minutes or so, she asked if I wanted to try penetration.

It was an exercise and I went into it with an attitude of “no pressure, let’s see what happens.” I made use of so many of the things I’ve been learning (box breathing, calling out my critic, redirecting my mind away from spectatoring, focusing on sensations, etc), also focused more on my own pleasure than I usually do (I’ve always been a bit of a people pleaser, putting others first, especially during sex).

I’m feeling so good in this moment. :yellow_heart:

…Also, I’ve been doing kegels religiously (ie multiple times throughout the day), and in addition to knowing my body better and being able to discern and activate a variety of different pelvic floor muscles now, I need to say that my ejaculations are MUCH stronger than they’ve been in decades. It rather suprised me last time I masturbated!

I just wanted to share, since other folks’ success stories have been very encouraging to me. Hope you all see some benefit too!

It’s also worth adding that a huge huge personal benefit is that Mojo has really normalized talking about sex for me. As a result of that, my spouse and I have had MUCH better communication about sex, and our relationship in general, than we have in years, if not ever (and we’ve been together 20 years).

Also read no more Mr nice guy for the people pleasing, it’ll help on many levels.

Thanks for the suggestion, but after checking it out I’m afraid that book and author are a hard NO for me
