Was not hard when I was focusing on my penis. Got hard when a fantastic thought came up on my mind. Then lost the hardness when I concentrated on my penis. Was good. Felt a bit of sensation. But unsure if this will help as my head is too sensitive. I’ll practice and see.

Interesting exercise. I can see how it could help you retrain your mental focus during stimulation but also just simply getting connected to a part of yourself you probably never thought about before. Same as others, erection only came when I purposefully focused on a fantasy. Nowhere near close to climaxing.
I was only able to stay about half hard, but lasted the whole 10 minutes. It actually makes sense to me though about training where to focus on sensations and has me kind of hopeful and optimistic about the process moving forward.

I realized that I feel more sensation when I pull the skin of my penis. It felt very weird at first and I did get an erection at one point but it went away.
