I woke up extremely hard so I tried this. I felt decent sensation but kept falling asleep and wanting a real orgasm. Clear I can’t cum from this but I can see it helping

Best one so far for me, did level 1-4 in one sitting and stayed hard whole time. Found i was able to find the balance point of cumming and bring myself back from it nicely

Quickly lose my erection with this, but can see the value in feeling sensations in my penis other than just the gland. I think removing that gland / pc muscle connection is key to reducing the flight or fight response.

My erection was fine (but my problem is PE). I’m not sure how strict I have to stay just using my thumbs because it doesn’t feel like much. I looked online and I understood that it’s also ok to do whatever as long as I stay in the bottom third. So I managed to do that it felt better and I definitely did last even more than the 10 minutes

I really enjoyed it, would masturbate differently if going soft a bit but switched back to penis-root when I was hard, and pulling on it while pressing felt really good.

Feels the same no real sensation but I guess it’s about conditioning

Back and forth between soft and hard when doing this, but overall I can see where this could improve mental connection to different sensations on my penis

Easier than previous times, stayed hard past the 5 minute mark. It definitely gets better with practice.

I did get good sensations for most of the time. Got hard was very enjoyable

if bored if exercise - recommend listening to some of the audio experiences and then doing penis root for 10 mins etc - super nice

Not really feeling much of anything from this. Will keep trying but no “sensations”

Primarily used to practice my breathing to make sure I was not fully erected

Not feeling anything and went soft after a few minutes. But at the end when I increase the pressure, there was a good sensation that I felt.

Still cannot stay hard with this.

Managed to last 10 minutes at stay hard. I think the thoughts keep me hard rather than the sensation though.
