Had sex last night. Twice

Feel like I made a huge step forward last night and it feels good. I feel like a big part of my problem comes from being in bed and waiting for myself to get hard instead of just allowing it to happen and I’d always get stuck in my head about it if it didn’t happen right away. Gonna keep going at the exercises because I’m not out of the woods yet but I really feel like I’m making progress. Good luck guys, keep going :call_me_hand:

Thanks! In addition to the exercises I’ve also been trying to meditate daily, just taking 5 minutes before work and then 5 minutes after work. Once I’m done meditating I’ve been taking time to take in my surroundings to try and keep myself present. I really think it’s helping with my stress levels which is combining well with everything I’ve learned from this app.
