So i’ve been looking to improve my diet and exercises to hopefully help with my ED and i’ve came across Kegels very often but also there is a popular YouTube channel that has Yoga exercises for ‘stronger erections’ - I believe it’s to increase the strength in the pelvic and abdominal areas and wonder if it’s helped anyone.
Can anyone share any success stories with Kegels? Has it gave you both harder erections and longer sex?
Also has anyone done yoga for sex with exercises that specifically target the pelvic and abdominal areas?
Any other tips would be amazing also.
