Figured it out Finally!

So I believe I figured out what the source of my issue really was. So I went from thinking it was my confession of making out with another woman 11 years ago to my wife going away on a girls trip and spiraled in so many different directions. But looking back at it now before any of that happened we were having the best sex of our lives after being together for 15+ years. I was looking at ways to last even longer and make sex even better. This is when I watched a YouTube video about doing kegel exercises. So I went all in . And when my wife was gone on her girls trip I was doing a ton. When she got back from her girls trip was the first time that I lost my erection followed by having the sensation to pee not really feeling like my bladder was empty I thought it was a UTI but tested negative doctor prescribe the antibiotics anyway and after a week or so my symptoms were gone but still left with erectile dysfunction , pre mature ejaculation and what I thought was performance anxiety. And it just hit me today when I was watching a video about kegels and they said you can over this could actually cause erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation both with which I had by overdoing it and making your pelvic floor to tense and overworked .I truly believe this is exactly what caused it all and when I went to see my urologist he was just quick to prescribe me pills and not really want to go deep into my issue. I feel such a relief and I literally know this was my problem. I would encourage anybody research it for yourself don’t just talk to one doctor and try hard not to spiral and go down a rabbit hole. I am so relieved that I actually figured it out and I look forward to getting back to the way things were before I decided to try to make sex even better lol. I’m just glad that I figured this out and didn’t go years on this roller coaster!!

So to get this right, you were overdoing the jewel exercises?

Yes if you overdo the Kegel exercise can overwork your pelvic floor causing the muscle to be too tight which then can actually cause things that mimic a UTI such as hyperactive bladder, urge to pee, and loss of erection. My issue came out of nowhere so I knew that there was some type of cause.

Obviously my case is very individual so I can’t say what could applied to everybody but this was definitely what happened to me.

How do you fix the issue if it’s a physical issue?

Yes it was a physical issue because I overworked my pelvic floor so once I stopped I physically went back to normal. The hard part was until I figured out what the issue was I mentally spiraled. Now I finally feel mentally in a good space.
