I’ve been struggling with PE for many years. It has gotten better and worse at times. When it has gotten alot better is when I have been abstaining from Porn. I was a heavy user in my teen years and I think I just trained my brain to be hyper aroused during any sexual activity. So stopping porn and just learning to masterbate without it has been the key. Unfortunately like most addictions I can fall back in that trap during times of vulnerability and as soon as I do my PE returns. It’s not a simple thing but it helps to understand your own brain chemistry and what your triggers may be. Hope that helps
I can relate as well. When my ED symptoms presented themselves about a little over a year ago it was accompanied by PE . Like even when I wasn’t fully erected before penetration or within a few second of penetration I would release . Even when I was able to have normal sex I still could only last a short time . Big things that helped. Not pushing meds on anybody because I know they can become a crutch. But the Viagra definitely helped me with this. My urologist told me that they do treat PE with Viagra. Even though that wasn’t my main concern the main concern was the erectile dysfunction. Not sure exactly the science behind it but it definitely helps. Second to this I’d be careful with the pelvic floor exercises . I am convinced that they were actually one of the causes of .my issue to begin with. Most men don’t have a weak pelvic floor they have the opposite a too tight overactive pelvic floor . I would recommend pelvic stretches and box breathing . There’s lots of information out there outside of this app that probably was more helpful on this topic . I have made a ton of progress and I literally feel completely uncontrol now . So don’t lose faith there is hope !!
Tbh, I’ve been using porn since I was 12. By the time I started having sex at 17 I was soon experiencing ED. It just used to go flaccid. Especially when I used condoms. It was sporadic and I definitely noticed myself comjng quickly. I’ve had good and relatively long sex on and off during my sexual life but ED and PE have always lurked around. I just know I haven’t consistently known my best in sex. Mojo is starting to help
Do not do pelvic floor contractions/clenching (kegels). As someone commented above, most men have an overly tight pelvic floor which can lead to PE. Focus on pelvic floor relaxation exercises: breathwork and reverse kegels. Lots of good info on the internet and exercises on Mojo
