So I have been a porn addict for 13 years and mastabator. So during sex I ca t even last 20 seconds without evacuating and Iām trying to be better for me and my partner but seems nothing seems to change. Any advice pointers
I would suggest at least reducing your porn consumption. Even trying to go cold turkey with both porn and masturbation for as long as you can. Once you do go back to masturbation and porn, set hard limits to how often you will do it i.e. once a week with masturbation and once a month with porn.
It will be difficult, but if you feel the urge try and distract yourself with a quick chore, some breathwork or even ride it out
