After a long term marriage where things broke down, partly due to my ED, I had a 3 month relationship. I took pills to ensure I got hard but sadly they stopped working which has led me into a downward spiral and she left me. The doc put me on anti depressants and can’t seem to get out of the slump, thinking I’ll never be able to have sex again. Catastrophising I know but it’s hard to think otherwise!
The fact that you’re here shows you’re working on it. Lots of us have had similar struggles. Try the mental exercises to lessen dependence on pills -and also the right understanding woman makes all the difference. She’s out there! Dont give up brother

Not to make it worse or more challenging but-
I thought the same thing. Exactly.
Then I found a wonderful woman that is all in on helping me recover. An empathetic woman is a game changer!!
Don’t get discouraged.
