I used to like James Bond and Simon Templar growing up - and actors who exude confidence and self assurance. Men who are also warm hearted and caring and present. I liked barefoot doctor and Tony ribbons and also Wayne dyer - thoughtful psychological deep spiritual thinkers and caring men.

I sincerely don’t know. I don’t think I look up to anyone. I admire people who are beautiful physically but not in any other way that matters. I admire people who can have sex and be comfortable in there own skin but the only people I know of that do are pornstars. But I don’t resemble them. I guess I wish I did.
In my personal life, my friends Jim and Jesse. They live life the way they want, are very emotionally intelligent and seem almost bulletpriif against shane for that reason. For celebs, guys who evade the stereotypical idea of masculinity but I feel are very manly as a result. Prince, Russell Brand, Seth Rollins, Lenny Kravitz as some examples.

Henry Cavill . Looks after his body, has played major roles but remains grounded and unashamed of his perceived nerdiness brcause he is truly at peace with himself and uncaring of external judgment.
Sadhguru. To put it simply, he’s a yoga instructor and loves life absolutely 100% free and joyful, while still helping millions of people and great causes.
I have role models for my career, for creative things I do, but this made me realise I don’t have a male role model for personal things, like confidence, fashion or attitude. I’ll have to think on this.

My good friend. He loves to serve others (such as cleaning up dishes at a dinner party), is always there to help others especially with handy things, and loves talking about nuanced interesting things.

My best mate. He’s great with women and exudes sexual confidence. Obviously he’s been helped by the fact that he’s good looking and tall. He seems to be able to effortlessly engineer original and effective ways to flirt with women. It obviously comes from extreme self-confidence.

My role model ironically has a lot of the same issues I have but is thinking about them very introspectively. He’s shares it with me without fear of shame and I try to do the same. I hope to share as much wisdom and self doubt as he.
