Staying calm, box breathing, and cancelling out the inner critic were key. The first erection was the hardest to get.
Weird one first etection was hardest to get but managed them quicker and realising just because it’s gone down Dosent mean it’s the end of the world
Main aspect was challenging the inner critic that would keep throwing random negative thoughts related to erections at me, and remembering to stay calm.
While it might take time for it to become a core belief, it was a good reminder that even solo, I can repeatedly get erections, with a lighter touch.

I was suprised how much easier it got to achieve 2nd and 3rd erections.
Not too shabby. More practice will make ir better. But I liked it

Felt better the 2nd and 3rd erections. Actually felt pretty good, I’m highly sensitive and easy to arouse so this felt like good mental training.
I find this happens to me when I’m practicing the start/stop technique. Often I’ll lose some or most of my erection and have to get it back. Is this ok? Can you combine this technique with other strategies. Would this make it more effective or take away from the therapeutic benefit of both?
Was able to get hard with my non-dominant hand w/o visuals & did box breath exercises during the same process. Felt like I have a better understanding of how erections come & go!
I have been practicing this on and off with start/stop and arousal control in the mornings and evenings to test arousal feelings and hold erections… adding in the allowance of going soft was stressful, The Critic definitely tried to make me question if I could get hard again.
But I was able to surprisingly more readily than I originally thought. Seems to be getting easier too with less porn usage. Still want to maximize my fantasy mindset and kick the porn until I can find a partner.
Nothing much to report. I was able to do it, and it was enjoyable enough, but not much more than that. But I’ll keep trying it.
Definitely took longer than 20 but felt good and had 2 erections with the second being much harder
