The first one was a little difficult. It seemed like the 2nd and 3rd were a little easier. My 3rd was my hardest. I look forward to tracking my progress for this.
The 1st erection was easy enough, but it was hard to get the 2nd and I ended up trying too hard and came before it happened
Managed four pretty decent erections during the exercise, found it reassuring to not be critical of losing or gaining an erection. Ended up compounding exercises by putting on a condom for masturbation afterwards. Struggled a little with the erection for that initially but focusing on sensation and using mental imagery was useful
Was actually hesitant to try this exercise but I’ve gotta say I actually think it’s pretty genius. I did manage to get myself from soft to hard within a 10 minute time frame, albeit not solidly hard but hard enough for penetration. One thing I noticed most with my mind was the fact that when I stress about not getting it up, it made it harder. Whereas if I just relaxed and breathed deeply, the resistance to get hard was significantly reduced. This exercise really helped highlight that and I’m happy for it.
I never got fully erect, but hard enough to notice arousal. I tried it three times, and it seemed like a good exercise.
It was a slow start and the inner critic was loud at first but then I started to focus on the sensation. I let myself fall into the pleasure and appreciation of my penis.
It was awkward at first but it became better as I went. Was hard to stop sometimes.
It was actually really good and surprised me of how quickly I can gain and lose an erection.
Wouldn’t you know, without the pressure to get hard I actually had a tougher time getting soft again each time!

I like this exercise! Gave me a big confidence boost. Especially after doing an 8 minute meditation. Mind was calm dick was hard
I will do it tomorrow when I have more free time, I’m excited that Amani says that this exercise is the gold standard, so I don’t want to rush it.
Good exercise. No pressure
Really great - it was just like edging but felt more like just playing with my penis, getting to know it, and letting my mind wander to the places where arousal just slipped in, instead of trying to force arousal. By the third time, I didn’t have to try to be aroused, it just happened. And I felt way more confident that I’d get hard by the third time, I didn’t even question it.
