What’s your goal for this breathwork session?

I will try it to see if it is as useful as some of the other practices

I will feel energized, in tune with my sensations, and focused

I will feel more in control of my stress arousal

I will be the captain of my ship

Just to see how it works

let’s see how it goes

I will feel more attentive

I will lock in

I will learn a technique for focusing myself.

Practice it until i get it

I will engage more with life

Feel focused after breathing

As long as I can still draw breath…

I will try and feel mlre presently and deeply while doing this exercise

I will feel more focused, more aware, alert, and less anxious.

Reduce fight or flight. Relax.

To gain focus under stress

I will keep showing up without expecting a magical result
