i will enjoy this

I will notice how I’m feeling throughout
I will manage performance anxiety
I will conquer my inner critique and be affirmative and confident
I will enjoy learning a new breathing technique
I will control my body
I want to relax and not to stress out
I will get more energy in all aspect of my life
Get into the “focused and alert” state
I will lock in
I will control my body
To be relaxed and one with my body and mind
I will feel confident
To see how far i can push myself
I will do this circle breath!
I will give it a go, and try not to let my anxiety take over
