I somewhat stop watching porn 90% of the time now… However, i have a subconscious thought to masturbate my feeling. Which, i want to stop completely. I don’t want my trigger/curiousity to influence my decision to masturbate. I want to fully feel my sensation with my partner only. That’s my main goal.
