I’m very interested to see how regular exercise makes this better
Been doing the kegels for a while, but not been breathing properly or doing any stretches. I am keen to learn if the stretches add anything in.
Their difficult to coordinate and understand if you’re doing it properly
Feels weird but I can see how it would help a few things.

I’ve been doing exercises like this for a little while but I wasn’t engaging my pelvic floor. Something new to add to the routine
It seems awkward at first but I hope I can build this into a daily routine!
I use to do them quite a lot, but over the years got away from them. I know they work as I can feel the pull and relax when I do them
