Imagining new scenarios was helping out.
That was intense. I think that may help.
I was super connected in the situation with my partner, but when it was the moment to wear the condom, my inner critic came up and I got distracted. I’d the same feeling when I’m having sex with someone and I lost my arousal.
I was super aroused. My penis was half- hard which for me was great because I have ED
Towards the end of the 10 minutes session I almost climaxed.

It was a little challenging but I was able to tap into it a little bit by the end. Felt a little bit of that tingle.

Had a hard time concentrating. I seem to have that issue with all the meditations. I get distracted by simple things like a bird chirping outside.

I visualized a previous successful and mutually pleasurable encounter and it got me rock hard, I can’t believe that happened just through meditation
It was a surprised. At the begining it took me a while to choose a partner with whom I imagine the scenario, but I chose one. I didn’t get hard, just a bit. However, I was surprised by the sensations in my body, specially, chest, abdomen, head, inner arms and thighs… also kind of a warming up. The tinglying was that intense that I have to contour and move my body to release it. I had to do it several, several times to release it completely. However, this time, I did get hard.
It took me a while to visualize being with my partner. I’m in a long distance and we see each other around every 4 months so it gets hard for me to visualize but with more practice I can see this working although I don’t seek to keep the distance further but to close it and be together
