So for the longest time now I’ve been trying to get healthy while trying to keep fit. But I always come to a road block due to funds. In terms of not being able to buy certain things that will help with progressing. Because a proper diet is key for when someone is trying to get healthy but stay fit am I right or am I right and I know grow my own food so you don’t have to spend money. But hey I’m using money to buy seeds. So what I’m asking is for tips on what to have for cutting weight all while keeping it cheap. Also note that I live in New Zealand. Note as well I am trying to lose fat. Any and all feedback will be appreciated
I’m currently on the “Dallas buyers club diet”. I do it once a year about now for about 2 months to do a cut from the winter. 2 eggs in the morning, 4 oz of fish and a cup of vegetables for both lunch and dinner, and a pudding cup for dessert. About 700-800 calories a day. Actually pretty cheap if you eat frozen fish and vegetables. For lunches I do a 4 oz can of mackerel and jalapeños and half a cucumber. It’s definitely pretty rough at first and I’m not against snacking I just make sure and track it. I also do a cheat meal a week to not hate life altogether. About 10lbs a month of fat lose.
