Translating practice into action

How are you using the tools from the exercises when you have sex? I’m finding some value in the breathing and mindfulness. But I’m not sure how to put the kegels and other stimulation ideas into action.

kegel comes by itself like you are doing pushup, as you get stronger you can do more

Do you mean that as they get stronger you feel them engage during sex?

well i am still not on point i feel it but i can keep hard and last longer
