Hi everyone I started using the app 14 days ago and have found the daily activities enlightening and helpful at building a new foundation for success. How do you use the app? Do you just do the recommended daily activities, or have you built daily/weekly/monthly routines that have lead to success?

Also interested in this. The daily activities donโt seem like enough but I need more structure. I donโt like just picking things for the explore section
They recently changed it, there used to be 3 activities daily to do or choose from now thereโs usually one, sometimes two. I do the daily and then a meditation or another activity in the app I select myself

I do kegels and box breathing daily. I also listened to the therapy sessions under the โexploreโ tab and found them very useful.
Iโve also used the audio sessions to do self pleasure/touch sensitivity without visual porn.
I also spend at least some time everyday touching myself without trying to cum. Just being more connected to my body, that helps a lot.
