I think the work is starting to pay off. I can’t believe it, but the grounding exercises and breathing training really helped me stay in the moment during the last sex session. For the first time in a year, it took me a while to orgasm, but not in a bad way. I started to feel more in control. Hopefully it isn’t a fluke and there’s some real progress there, but time will tell.
